These terms govern your use of the pookiepartner.app website during the pre-launch waitlist phase. They are intentionally brief because the site itself is intentionally small: a marketing page and an email signup form. When the iOS and Android apps launch, separate, fuller terms of service will govern app use; those will be linked here ahead of launch.

Who we are

“PookiePartner,” “we,” and “us” refer to the team building the PookiePartner dating + couples app. Contact: [email protected].

What this site does

Today, pookiepartner.app does two things: it tells you about the app we’re building, and it lets you join an email waitlist to be notified when it launches.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction.

What you’re agreeing to by joining the waitlist

• You’re asking us to email you once when the app is live. We’ll do that. We won’t spam you with anything else.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].
• You confirm the email address is yours, or that you have permission to submit it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to: submit emails that aren’t yours without permission; attempt to access the waitlist data through means other than the public form; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our infrastructure without prior authorisation; or do anything illegal.

Intellectual property

The PookiePartner name, logo, copy, code, and visual design are ours. You’re welcome to share or link to the site. You can’t copy substantial portions, repackage them, or redistribute them as your own.

No warranty during pre-launch

The site is provided “as is” while we’re still building. We’ll do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail described will appear in the final apps exactly as shown here. Names, features, and timelines may change before launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to this pre-launch site is limited to refunding the amount you’ve paid us — which is zero, because the waitlist is free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Privacy

How we handle your email and other data is documented in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of India. (This will be revisited and finalised by counsel before app launch.)

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be notified to waitlist subscribers by email; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
